I hereby instruct and authorise Knight Frank Auctions to process my bidder registration in accordance with the terms and conditions below. I understand that should my bid be successful, the offer will be binding upon me.
If you are the successful bidder all contract paperwork will be filled out using the purchasers’ names entered on this form and cannot be varied. ID will be required for all bidders and purchasers.
I hereby confirm that I have read the Knight Frank Auctions’ Common Auction Conditions.
I have also read the terms applicable to the lot, including the Special Conditions of Sale and the applicable Contract of Sale or Reservation Agreement. I accept that it is my responsibility to check for any amendments to the property details before bidding. I authorise the Auctioneers to sign a Contract of Sale or Reservation Agreement on my behalf and recognise that I will then be the fully bound purchaser of the property referred to above, and must complete this transaction within the time specified.
Why do you need my data and what do you use it for?
We collect basic contact details from you so that we can process your bidding application for our auction. We do this on a pre-contractual basis to enable us to authorise you to bid, and potentially purchase a property in the event that you are the winning bidder.
We only collects basic personal data about you, which does not include any special types of information or location-based information.
Who is my data shared with?
Our auctions are powered by SDL Property Auctions, a trading name of SDL Auctions Limited, who are the Auctioneers. Your data will be shared with them to enable you to bid. Where you have indicated you agree for your details to be shared, we will put you in contact with third parties offering related services such as conveyancing. We process your data in this way based on our legitimate business interests, where we believe these services may assist you in the purchase process, and to provide you with the best possible customer service. How long do you keep my data?
We will store your data for six years, after which it will be securely destroyed. If you would no longer like us to process your data at any time, you have the right to object to processing of your data. Please contact [email protected].
What are my rights?
You have the right to object to the processing of your data. You also have the right to request access to your data at any time. You have the right to rectification and/or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing.
