The Receivers are solely appointed over the Land adjoining Barnhill Hall, Selby Road, Howden, Goole, DN14 7JP (title number HS276590) and are selling the land and property which sits within the red line curtilage demarcated on the title plan for the property (and as can be found in the legal pack). The images used for the auction entry are for illustrative purposes only and are not, in any way, intended to be relied upon as a representation or warranty or otherwise of the extent of the property that is being sold. The purpose of this statement is to ensure that any interested party goes into a purchase knowing that there is a potential boundary issue that would need to be resolved with the Neighbouring Property.

This property is being marketed for sale on behalf of Joint Receivers and therefore no warranties, representations or guarantees are given or will be given in respect of the information in this brochure or any matter relating to the property, including VAT.
